Philippines 3000BPH Chicken Slaughter Project

This full turnkey 3000BPH chicken slaughter line was customized and installed for a comprehensive poultry processing plant in the Philippines. The complete solution covers full slaughter procedures: hanging, scalding, plucking, evisceration, segmentation and pre-cooling. Different from standard lines, this project is fully equipped with supporting cold storage rooms, including fresh cold room and frozen storage room. It realizes integrated processing, quick cooling, safe storage and long shelf-life preservation, helping the client finish finished-product storage and cold chain delivery on-site. All equipment is tailored to local tropical climate, voltage and factory layout, ensuring stable, continuous and hygienic commercial production.
